How do I turn off auto-renew?

To turn off auto-renew, please make sure that you are logged in to your account. In the top navigation bar, select My Account, then choose Account Settings from the drop-down menu.

On the Billing Info page, scroll down to the purchase and select Cancel Auto Renewal. Select your reason for canceling. Check the box below to verify, then click on the Confirm button.
