CE Broker Reporting

Important info about reporting to CE Broker

Continued Respiratory Therapy will report your completed coursework to CE Broker if you are a respiratory therapist licensed in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, South Carolina, or Texas. Info about reporting for individual courses is located under the “My Learning -  Completed Courses” section, where you can also find your course completion certificates.

To ensure your CEUs are reported properly to CE Broker, you must verify that your Continued professional profile (in your Account Settings) is up to date and follows these specific formatting instructions:

• Alabama: Include the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 1234)
• Florida: Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license (e.g., RT12345)
• Georgia: Include the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 1234)
• Kansas: Include the numeric portion, followed by a dash, followed by the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 16-12345)
• Louisiana: Include the alpha portion, followed by a period, followed by the numeric portion of your license (e.g., CRT.12345)
• Mississippi: Include the alpha portion, followed by a dash, followed by the numeric portion of your license (e.g., RCP-1234) 
• New Hampshire: Include the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 1234)
• Oklahoma: Include the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 1234)
• South Carolina: Include the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 1234)
• Texas: Include the alpha portion, followed by the numeric portion of your license, including any zeroes (e.g., RCP00001234)

Course completion info

If your profile isn’t current or your license is not entered accurately, your coursework may not be reported to CE Broker. When entering a license into your account, the system will verify your license with CE Broker. If you get an error message stating “Could not verify licenses with CE Broker,” please double-check that the license you entered matches the state’s database. If you’ve verified that the license is correct and you’re still receiving an error in our system, please contact CE Broker. 

Please refer to the messaging in the Completed Courses section of your account to indicate the status of course reporting. If your license is verified successfully but you see the message "Reporting Failed" on the Completed Courses page, please contact us. If your license was not verified, you have 15 days to correct it and be automatically reported. After 15 days, if you correct the license issue, you’ll need to reach out to us for reporting or you can self-report to CE Broker. 

Please note that courses completed more than 30 days prior to adding your license to your account will not be automatically reported to CE Broker. You must self-report those courses to CE Broker using the certificates available in the “My Learning -  Completed Courses”  section of your account.
