CE Broker Reporting

Important info about reporting to CE Broker

Continued will report your completed coursework to CE Broker if you are a behavioral health professional licensed in one of the states listed below.

If your profile isn’t up to date or your license isn't entered accurately, your coursework may not be reported to CE Broker. To ensure that your CE credits are reported properly to CE Broker, please verify that your Continued professional profile (in your Account Settings) is up to date. 

When entering a license into your Continued account, the system will verify your license with CE Broker. If you get an error message stating, “Could not verify licenses with CE Broker,” please double-check that the license you entered matches the state’s database exactly. If you’ve verified that the license is correct and you’re still receiving an error in our system, please contact CE Broker. 

Please review your professional profile and ensure that your license follows the specific formatting requirements outlined for your profession below. 

Counseling 

Access your Counseling Professional Profile to verify that your license is set up correctly. Info about reporting for individual courses is located under the My Learning -  Completed Courses section, where you can also find your course completion certificates.

  • Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners: Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license (e.g., LAC-99999, LPC-99999, LAMFT-99999, LMFT-99999, LACT-99999, LAAC-99999, LIAC-99999)
  • Florida (Board of CSW, MFT, MHC): Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license (e.g., MH123)
  • Georgia (Board of LPCs, SW, and MFT): Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license (e.g., AMFT999999, MFT999999, APC999999, PC999999)
  • Kansas (Board of BH Sciences): Include the alpha portion, followed by a space, followed by the numeric portion, followed by an optional "-RT" (e.g. LPC 123456, LAC 123456, LPC 123456-RT, LAC 123456-RT)
  • Mississippi (State Board of Examiners for LPCs): 
    • For LPC, LPC-S: include only the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 1234)
    • For provisional licenses: Include a “P-” followed by the numeric portion of your license (e.g., P-1234)
  • New Hampshire (Board of Mental Health Practice): Include only the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 12345)
  • New Hampshire (Board of Alcohol and Other Drug Use): Include only the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 123456)
  • North Dakota (Board of Addiction Counseling): Include only the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 1234)
  • Ohio (CSWMFT Board): Include the alpha portion, followed by a period, followed by the numeric portion of your license (e.g., C.1234567)

  • South Carolina (Board of Examiners for LPCs and Therapists): Include only the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 12345)

  • Tennessee (Board of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors): Include only the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 12345)

Psychology 

Access your Psychology Professional Profile to verify that your license is set up correctly. Info about reporting for individual courses is located under the My Learning -  Completed Courses section, where you can also find your course completion certificates.

  • Arizona (Board of Psychologist Examiners): Include the alpha portion, followed by a hyphen, followed by the numeric portion of your license (e.g., PSY-123456, BEH-123456)
  • Kansas (Board of BH Sciences):  Include the alpha portion, followed by a space, followed by the numeric portion, followed by an optional "-RT" (e.g. LP 123456, LABA 123456, LMLP 123456-RT, LCP 123456-RT)
  • Florida (Board of Psychology): Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license (e.g., PY1234,  LPY123)
  • Florida (Department of Health - School Psychology): Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license (e.g., SS123456)
  • Michigan (Board of Psychology): Include only the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 63011234567)
  • New Hampshire (Board of Psychologists):
    • For Psychologist licenses, include only the numeric portion of your license (e.g., 123456)

Access your Social Work Professional Profile to verify that your license is set up correctly. Info about reporting for individual courses is located under the My Learning -  Completed Courses section, where you can also find your course completion certificates.

  • Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners: Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license (e.g., LBSW-99999, LMSW-99999, LCSW-99999)
  • Florida (Board of CSW, MFT, MHC): Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license (e.g., SW12345, CN12345, MT12345, MH12345)
  • Georgia (Board of LPCs, SW, and MFT): Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license (e.g., CSW999999 and MSW999999)

Course completion info

Please refer to the messaging in the My Learning - Completed Courses section of your account for your course reporting status. If your license is verified successfully but you see the message "Reporting Failed" on the Completed Courses page, please contact us. If your license was not verified, you have 15 days to correct your license and be automatically reported. After 15 days, if you correct the license issue, you’ll need to reach out to us for reporting, or you can self-report to CE Broker. 

Please note that courses completed more than 30 days prior to adding your license to your account will not be automatically reported to CE Broker. You must self-report those courses to CE Broker using the certificates available in the My Learning -  Completed Courses section, where you can also find your course completion certificates.
