How can I find Continued courses to meet my state license requirements?

Continued offers courses to support continuing education requirements for credential renewal for many professionals across the US. Use the applicable filters in the course library to select your state, license type, and/or approval organization to find courses for your credential(s). If you’ve entered state licenses in your professional profile, the search will default to the most recently entered state license.

The State Approval Information text box at the top of the library search results provides important additional information about how Continued can serve your credential renewal needs, including helping you locate required courses for your license or credential. You can find more detailed information in the State License Requirements section on the Resources tab at the top of the website. Please note that it is your responsibility to select courses on topics that comply with your state’s continuing education requirements and that are within your state’s scope of practice.

Before completing a course, you’ll need to update the Professional Profile in your account settings; you can either enter your license information or indicate that you do not have a license. This will ensure that the library search filters default to your state license and that courses display course credits most relevant to your credentials. If you enter more than one state license, the search will default to the most recently entered license.
