What do I need to participate in a live course?

To ensure a seamless experience, here’s what you’ll need:

• A Windows or Mac-based computer, or a mobile device (iOS, Android, or Surface Pro 2 or higher)
• A broadband internet connection
• Speakers or headphones connected to your device to listen to the presentation

Zoom tips: 

• Update Zoom to the newest version to successfully join the event!
• Join a Zoom test meeting in advance to ensure your device is prepared
• To ensure webinar entry and accurate attendance tracking, your Zoom account email address must match the email address associated with your Continued account. 

Using a mobile device? You must install the free Zoom app on your mobile device. The app is available from the App Store or Google Play.
