How do I log into a live course?

We recommend that you log in to a live course 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time in case there are any login issues with your device. Please make sure you have all the necessary software/hardware installed on your computer or device. If you’re prompted to install the Zoom app, please do so.

There are two easy ways to log in to a live course:

1. From your enrollment email: Click on the invitation link in your enrollment email to join the live course. Make sure you're signed into Zoom with the email address linked to your Continued subscription. The event moderator will provide further instructions once you've joined the session.
2. From your Continued account: Log in to your account, go to  My Learning, and select Enrolled Courses. Look for your live course on the right side of the screen and click Attend Now (available up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time).

Note: To ensure webinar entry and accurate attendance tracking, your Zoom account email address must match the email associated with your Continued account.
