CE Broker Reporting

Important info about reporting to CE Broker

Continued will report your completed coursework to CE Broker if you are licensed in one of the states listed below.

If your profile isn’t current or your license is not entered accurately, your coursework may not be reported to CE Broker. To ensure that your CE credits are reported properly to CE Broker, please verify that your Continued professional profile (in your Account Settings) is up to date. 

When entering a license into your Continued account, the system will verify your license with CE Broker. If you get an error message stating, “Could not verify licenses with CE Broker,” please double-check that the license you entered matches the state’s database exactly. If you’ve verified that the license is correct and you’re still receiving an error in our system, please contact CE Broker.

Please review your professional profile and ensure that your license follows the specific formatting requirements outlined for your profession below. 

Massage Therapy

Access your Massage Therapy Professional Profile to verify that your license is set up correctly. Info about reporting for individual courses is located under the “My Learning -  Completed Courses” section, where you can also find your course completion certificates.

• Florida: Include both alpha and numeric portions of your license; MA followed by 2-9 numerical characters (e.g., MA123456789)
• Georgia: Include both alpha and numeric portions of your license; MT followed by 2-10 numerical characters (e.g., MT1234567890) 
• Michigan: Include only the numeric portion of your license; 7501 followed by 4-8 numerical characters (e.g., 7501000000) 
• New Hampshire: Include only the numeric portion of your license; 2-6 numerical characters (e.g., 12345) 
• South Carolina: Include only the numeric portion of your license; 2-6 numerical characters (e.g., 12345)
• Tennessee: Include only the numeric portion of your license; 3 - 7 numerical characters (e.g., 123456)

Course completion info

Please refer to the messaging in the My Learning - Completed Courses section of your account for your course reporting status. If your license is verified successfully but you see the message "Reporting Failed" on the Completed Courses page, please contact us. If your license was not verified, you have 15 days to correct your license and be automatically reported. After 15 days, if you correct the license issue, you’ll need to reach out to us for reporting, or you can self-report to CE Broker. 

Please note that courses completed more than 30 days prior to adding your license to your account will not be automatically reported to CE Broker. You must self-report those courses to CE Broker using the certificates available in the My Learning -  Completed Courses section, where you can also find your course completion certificates.
