Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy reporting info

Continued Massage Therapy will report your completed coursework to the Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy once a month, on the first of the month, if you are a massage therapist licensed in Louisiana. 

Louisiana massage therapists must submit each certificate of achievement with their renewal. Course certificates are located under the “My Learning -  Completed Courses” section. The Continued Massage Therapy provider number for the Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy is #LAP314.

To ensure that your CE hours are reported properly to the Louisiana Board of Massage Therapy, you must verify that your Continued professional profile (in your Account Settings) is up to date and follows these specific formatting instructions:

• Include both the alpha and numeric portions of your license; LA followed by 3-6 numerical characters (e.g., LA123456)

Course reporting in other states
